Pioneering Transactive Energy
Equitable Market Design

Comprehensive Workforce Deployment
Today, all stakeholders: residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural, can purchase commercially proven energy products and services that provide the same essential grid services that traditionally only Utilities could provide.
However, under the current business model, these same stakeholders do not equitably share in recovering their costs when they choose to operate their assets to provide such service.
To gain energy independence and speed the adoption of 100% electrification goals we must share cost recovery among all parties!
Transactive Energy achieves this by creating a comprehensive rate design that not only shares cost recovery, TE sustainably establishes the local, high-paying essential workforce needed to meet the challenges created by this paradigm-shift!
Our value proposition
Pioneering Transactive Energy
Transactive Energy creates equitable retail electricity markets to incentivize and accelerate the adoption of clean energy technologies by all stakeholders. Meanwhile absorbing all grid modernization efforts needed to support this adoption.
Equitable Market Design
TE addresses the pressing issue of inequity in our current retail energy market design. By creating a tariff (or a rate) that establishes symmetrical "buy and sell" offers (known as Tenders), based on local grid conditions, all stakeholders can properly be compensated for opearting their assets to provide essential grid services.
TE uses it distrubted ledger technology to record all transacted Tenders and produces an auditable data source to settle on.
Advanced Technical Solutions
Once deployed, TE uses modern information and communications technologies to connect any device that either supplies or consumes energy.
Comprehensive Workforce Deployment
Due to the jurisdictional boundary of Participants, known as the utility revenue meter, Participant devices are interfaced and serviced using a 3rd-party service provider.
Fundamentally, Tenders include the revenue requirements for both the utility and the participants, which includes these 3rd-party services, resulting in sustainably creating a high-paying, local workforce.
